3、投标人资格要求

投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1) 投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；2) 投标人必须是制造商，本项目不接受代理商投标；3) 自2012年1月1日至投标文件递交截止时间前7日（时间以合同签订时间为准），投标人应具有渣油加氢装置额定流量、额定温度、扬程分别不小于300m?/h、250℃、2300m的BB5型离心泵与额定流量、额定温度、扬程分别不小于260m?/h、340℃、1790m的BB5型液力透平的制造及运行业绩，且上述离心泵与液力透平须为成套设备。请提供业绩表，销售合同复印件（须能体现合同签订时间、装置名称、货物名称、数量、额定流量、额定温度、扬程、签字盖章页），使用方/用户出具的运行证明材料（格式不限）；如合同无法体现额定流量、额定温度、扬程或离心泵与液力透平的配套性，需提供其他证明材料（需投标人签字或盖章）。若投标人投标文件提供的证明材不满足上述全部要求，则视为没有业绩；4) 投标人应当提供投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；5) 本项目不接受联合体投标。

3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance：1)The bidder has a valid business license (domestic bidder)/operation license (foreign bidder), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required; 2) The bidder must be a manufacturer, the equipment agent is unaccepted for this bidding;3)From January 1, 2012 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of bidding documents (the time is subject to the signing of the contract), the bidder has the manufacturing and operating performance of BB5 type centrifugal pump which shall be as follows: the pump rated flowrate≥300m?/h, the rated pump temperature≥250℃, the rated pump head≥2300m and the manufacturing and operating performance of BB5 type Liquid Power Recovery Turbine which shall be as follows: the rated turbine flowrate≥260m?/h, the rated turbine temperature ≥340℃, the turbine head≥1790m, the pump and turbine should be one complete equipment. Please provide a performance table, issue a copy of the sales contract, which must reflect time of contract signing, the name of the plant, name of goods, quantity, rated flowrate, rated temperature, head and signing/stamping page, and issue a material sealed or signed by final user which can prove operating (formate self-fitting). If contract cannot reflect the rated flowrate, rated temperature, head and the relationship between the pumps and turbine, bidder must provide other certificate materials.
