| 投标人应具备的资格或业绩：1) 投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；2) 投标人必须是制造商，本项目不接受代理商投标；3) 投标人2012年1月1日至今（以合同签订时间为准），在乙烯装置中至少具有3台BB2型急冷油循环泵的制造业绩。请提供业绩表，并出具销售合同复印件（须能体现装置名称、货物名称、台数、泵的型号、签字盖章页），若投标人提供的证明材料不满足上述全部要求，则视为没有业绩；4) 投标人应当提供投标人开户银行在开标日前三个月内开具的资信证明原件或复印件；5) 本项目不接受联合体投标。 |

| 3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder |
| Qualifications or Performance：1）The bidder has a valid business license (domestic bidder)/business license certificate (foreign bidder), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required.2）The bidder must be a manufacturer; the equipment agent is unaccepted for this bidding.3）From January 1, 2012 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of bidding documents (the time is subject to the signing of the contract), bidders must have manufacturing performance of at least 3 sets BB2 type quench oil circulation pump in ethylene unit, please provide list of performance, copies of sales contract which must reflect name of plant, name of goods, the number of pumps, the type of pump and seal/signature；If materials provided by bidder cannot meet all requirements above, it will be deemed to have no performance. 4）The bidder shall provide the original script or copy script of credit certificate issued by bidder’s account opening bank within three (3) months prior to the bid opening date.5）The consortium will not be accepted. |
