1、招标文件第五章投标邀请*3.对投标人的资质业绩要求变更为：“6) 业绩要求：2019年1月1日至今，投标人在国内石油化工企业具有至少3项配套色谱仪业绩，且单项销售合同的色谱仪不少于20台（其中至少2项业绩包含丙烯腈装置配套色谱仪，不限台数）。 证明材料：投标人须提供业绩清单，出具销售合同关键页（至少包括项目名称、产品名称、产品型号及签署盖章页等），如合同无法体现相应信息，则须提供合同的其他辅助证明文件（包括不限于技术协议、设计请购文件、用户证明等）。合同复印件不清晰或不提供均视为无效业绩。以上业绩中的产地和型号应与投标产品保持一致。”

The qualification and performance requirements for bidders are changed to: "6) Performance requirements: From January 1, 2019 to the present, the bidder has at least 3 supporting chromatograph performance in domestic petrochemical enterprises, and the chromatograph of a single sales contract is not less than 20 units (of which at least 2 performance includes acrylonitrile plant supporting chromatograph, there is no limit to the number of units.).
