中化商务有限公司受内蒙古航天红岗机械有限公司委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开招标。现邀请潜在投标人参加投标。

  1. 招标产品的名称、数量、资金来源:

    激光导热仪:1

    资金来源:自筹资金

     

  2. 资质要求:

    *1)境内投标人须具有有效的营业执照(事业单位需提供事业单位法人证书)、税务登记证或三证合一后的营业执照,并提供有效的证明文件;

    *2)所投产品制造商须具有完善的质量管理体系,并提供有效的质量管理体系认证证书扫描件(如ISO9001等);

    *3)非所投产品制造商的投标人须获得制造商针对本项目的唯一有效授权函,须提供正本的彩色扫描件;

    *4)投标人或所投产品制造商须具备近3年(合同签署日期为201711日至今)所投类似产品的业绩不少于5台(须提供合同关键页复印件:包括但不限于内容页、签字盖章页);

    *5)投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开立基本账户的银行开具的银行资信证明的扫描件;

    *6)境内投标人(除港、澳、台地区)须同时提交中国人民银行营业管理部出具的银行基本账户开户许可证扫描件或基本账户证明文件扫描件。

  3. 交货的地点和时间:DDP项目现场,合同生效后7个月(含设备安装、调试和验收)。

  4. 潜在投标人可于2020629日起至20200706日每天(节假日除外)9:0017:00时(北京时间)登录中化商务电子招投标平台领购电子版招标文件。领购方式如下:

    潜在投标人需登录中化商务电子招投标平台(e.sinochemitc.com)进行网上注册(免费)。平台及CA技术支持联系电话:010-86391277

    投标人注册完成后,登录账户,根据招标编号0747-2040SCCZE047,进行网上购买电子版招标文件。

    招标文件每套售价1000元,售后不退。购买标书发票为网上电子发票。

  5. 任何未在中化商务有限公司领购招标文件的法人或其他组织均不得参加投标。

  6. 投标截止时间和开标时间:202072009:00(北京时间)。

  7. 纸质投标文件递交地点和开标地点:北京市西城区复兴门外大街A2号中化大厦。

    电子投标文件的递交:成功购买文件的潜在投标人确认参加投标的,需在网上递交投标文件前,至中化商务电子招投标平台(http://e.sinochemitc.com),根据提示进行企业CA办理事宜,并完成CA绑定。未办理CA将不能进行投标文件的签章、加密、提交、解密。将投标文件与投标人CA进行绑定后在开标前于系统中进行电子投标文件的递交。具体步骤请参考中化商务电子招投标平台网站帮助中心-招投标指南。

SINOCHEM COMMERCE CO., LTD. entrusted by the purchaser, invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers home and abroad for the supply of the following goods and/or service by way of International Competitive Bidding and traditional bidding.

  1. name, quantity, sources of funds for the bidding:

Source of the funds: Self-raised funds

  1. Qualification requirements

    * (1) Domestic bidders shall have a valid business license (the institution shall provide the legal person certificate), tax registration certificate or the business license after the combination of three certificates, and provide valid supporting documents;

    * (2) The manufacturer of the invested products shall have a sound quality management system and provide scanning copies of valid quality management system certification (such as ISO9001, etc.);

    * (3) The bidder who is not the manufacturer of the product shall obtain the only valid authorization letter from the manufacturer for the project and shall provide the original color scanned copy;

    * (4) The bidder or the manufacturer of the products to be invested shall have the performance of not less than 5 similar products to be invested in the past 3 years (the contract signing date is from January 1, 2017 to date) (copies of key pages of the contract shall be provided: including but not limited to content pages, signature and seal pages);

    * (5) The bidder shall provide a scanned copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank with the basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date;

    * (6) The domestic bidder (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) shall simultaneously submit the scanned copy of the bank basic account opening license or the scanned copy of basic account certificate issued by the Business Management Department of the People's Bank of China.

  2. Delivery time and place: DDP the Buyer’s project site/ the Buyer’s project site,

     Within 7 months after the contract takes effect (including equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance)

    The tender document is priced at RMB 1,000 and will not be refunded after the sale. The invoice is an electronic invoice.

  4. Any legal person or other organization that has not obtained the tender documents from SINOCHEM COMMERCE CO., LTD. shall not participate in the bidding.

  5. Deadline for bid and time of bid opening: 2020.07.20 09:00
