1、取消招标文件第五章投标邀请4.2投标须知（重要）中关于在中化能源SCM集采平台（https://scm.sinochem.com）递交投标文件的要求。
2、招标文件第五章投标邀请*3. 对投标人的资质业绩要求：“7) 投标人具有有效的中华人民共和国国家市场监督管理总局颁发的特种设备制造许可证（压力容器A1）。
证明材料：投标人须提供相应证书复印件加盖投标人公章。”
变更为：
“7) 投标人具有有效的中华人民共和国国家市场监督管理总局颁发的特种设备制造许可证（压力容器A1）。
证明材料：投标人须提供相应证书复印件加盖投标人公章；如投标人正在更新上述证书，需提供原特种设备制造许可证复印件及投标人正在申请延期或换证的证明资料。”

1. Cancel the requirement of submitting bidding documents on the SCM platform of Sinochem Energy Procurement Supply Chain (https://scm.sinochem.com) in Chapter 5 Invitation to Bid 4.2 Instructions for Bidding (Important) of the bidding document.
2. Bidding documents, Chapter V. Invitation to Bid* 3. Qualification and Performance requirements to the bidders: "7) The bidder has a valid Manufacturing License for Special Equipment (Pressure Vessel A1) issued by the State Market Supervision and Administration of the People's Republic of China.
Proof materials (bound in the bidding documents): must provide a copy of the corresponding valid certificate."
Change to:
“7) The bidder has a valid Manufacturing License for Special Equipment (Pressure Vessel A1) issued by the State Market Supervision and Administration of the People's Republic of China. Proof material: the bidder shall provide a copy of the corresponding certificate with the official seal of the bidder; if the bidder is renewing the above certificate, it is necessary to provide a copy of the original special equipment manufacturing license and the proof information for the bidder applying for an extension or renewal of the certificate.”
